Enforex

Enforex has a variety of apartments in Madrid which are specially designed to rent to our students. These flats are not luxurious, but they are very comfortable and fully furnished. Sizes and characteristics differ and apartments are booked according to availability.

Each Madrid apartment has a kitchen equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, pans, cutlery and everything you might need to prepare your own food. There are no meals included in this accommodation option, but there will be many markets around your apartment to buy food and cook at home.

Most of our Madrid apartments are a short walk from school -- the maximum should be 20-30 minutes walking or by public transport. You can choose between a single, double or triple room.

Price includes: bed linen, blanekts, access to fully-equipped kitchen and laundry room, shared bathroom, shared TV, central heating and gas costs. Cleaning service is not included (only common areas once a week).
Special price 20 weeks or more: The accommodation must be booked and paid for in full on inscription. Cancellations are not accepted.
Extra bed available
Triple rooms available when 3 students are traveling together at a discount of 10% from double room price per student.
Extra day double room (max. 3 days): 35€ per day
Extra day single room (max. 3 days) 45€ per day

Private bathroom supplement: 60€ per week (double room), 100€ per week (single room)

Upon your arrival a deposit of 150€ will be required when staying in Shared flat – Student apartment. This deposit will be returned at the end of your stay provided there are no damages.

Shared double room (with another student in the same room): If you reserve a double room and there is not another student with whom you can share, we reserve the right to change your room at any time.

The accommodation is available from 12:00 noon on the Sunday prior to the first day of the course (Monday) until 12:00 noon on the Saturday following the last day of class (Friday). Those students who, for any reason (i.e. flight arrival), need their accommodation to be available before or after the above mentioned dates will be charged for any extra days needed (max. 3 days). The cost of an entire week will be charged to those students requiring 4 or more additional days of accommodation. Enforex does not guarantee the availability of extra days of accommodations.

NOTE: The students should contact our central office in order to be informed about the place and te time to pick up the keys of their rooms. The students must repsect all rules and regulations set by families, residences and shared flat administrations. If there is damage to the premises the students must pay for the corresponding amount.
