Prices, Dates & Booking for Enforex Spanish Courses in Madrid

Price includes: bed linen, blankets, access to fully-equipped kitchen and laundry room, shared bathroom, shared TV, central heating and gas costs. Cleaning service is not included (only common areas once a week).

Triple rooms available when 3 students are traveling together at a discount of 20% from double room price per student. Discount does not apply on high season supplements.
Extra day double room (max. 3 days): 35€ per day
Extra day single room (max. 3 days) 45€ per day

Private bathroom supplement: 65€ per week (double room), 110€ per week (single room)

Upon your arrival a deposit of 150€ will be required when staying in Shared flat – Student apartment. This deposit will be returned at the end of your stay provided there are no damages.

Shared double room (with another student in the same room): If you reserve a double room and there is not another student with whom you can share, we reserve the right to change your room at any time.

The accommodation is available from 12:00 noon on the Sunday prior to the first day of the course (Monday) until 12:00 noon on the Saturday following the last day of class (Friday). Those students who, for any reason (i.e. flight arrival), need their accommodation to be available before or after the above mentioned dates will be charged for any extra days needed (max. 3 days). The cost of an entire week will be charged to those students requiring 4 or more additional days of accommodation. Enforex does not guarantee the availability of extra days of accommodations. An additional placement fee of 75 euros per week and per person will be charged for those staying in accommodation but not taking a course.
